Emergency First Response is:
- Effective handling of
medical emergencies caused by illness or accident.
- Learning
to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED), the latest lifesaving tool
as well as CPR.

Nondiving specific -- nondivers may take Emergency First Response too.

A prerequisite for PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster.

Contact us to get your book & video.
- Read
the book, watch the skills on your video and do the knowledge reviews before the
class begins.
- Bring
your book and return the video when you attend
the 4 hour class at the Downey residence, contact us for directions.
- When
you arrive at class we will review the knowledge reviews, then practice skills
on a mannequin or fellow student. After performing all the skills and the written
test, you will be awarded Emergency First Response certification.
