January 15 - February 2, 2009 Papua New Guinea has been on our "wish" list for years, but we never found the perfect combination of land and sea, until now! You'll depart Pittsburgh on January 15th, 2009 and eventually (you don't want to think about it) arrive in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, on January 17th; one more short plane ride southeast to Alotau and you're met by the staff of Tawali Resort. Another one hour and fifteen minutes later via bus and boat and you arrive at the absolutely gorgeous Tawali Resort. You'll spend 4 days relaxing and diving the outstanding walls, reefs, and muck of Milne Bay. Then you'll board the Spirit of Niugini, a luxurious liveaboard boat set up for maximum diving and comfort as it travels to the far reaches of Milne Bay. There's no point in raving about the diving-you've already heard how exceptional it is, but some things you will probably see are pygmy sea horses, ghost pipe fish, Mandarin fish, and plenty more you've never seen before! For information about Tawali Resort, go to www.tawali.com. For information about the Spirit of Niugini, go to www.spiritofniugini.com. Total cost is $4465, which includes 4 nights at Tawali, 9 nights on the Spirit of Niugini, all meals, port charges, chamber fees, and fuel surcharges. Remember, you will be diving in 2009 at 2006 prices! Not included are airfare, required visa, departure taxes, airport dayroom, and land tours at Tawali. Airfare is about $2500 in 2006. Sixteen very lucky people will go on this adventure-why
not be one of them! A $500 deposit will hold your spot, which is refundable
until April 15. After that you will only get a refund if we find a replacement
for you.
